Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Order Cancel Pro. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
The Service
Order Cancel Pro is a Shopify app that lets your customers cancel eligible orders, with optional cancellation reasons, automatic restocking, and customer/admin notifications, according to the rules you configure in the app.
Using the App
- You must have a Shopify store and install the app through Shopify's standard app installation flow.
- You are responsible for the cancellation rules, messaging, and reasons you configure in the app.
- You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy or Partner Program Agreement.
Billing
Order Cancel Pro is a paid subscription app. A time-limited free trial may be offered to new stores. All charges are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Current pricing and trial terms are shown on the Plans page inside the app before you accept any charge. You can cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; access to the app ends when the subscription is no longer active.
Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Uninstalling
You may uninstall Order Cancel Pro at any time from your Shopify Admin. When you do, we stop processing data for your store and delete your store's data from our database, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Order cancellation eligibility and the resulting refund, inventory, and notification behavior depend on your configured settings and Shopify's available order and payment capabilities.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or obligations you or we have under the Shopify Partner Program Agreement or Shopify's Merchant Terms of Service, where applicable.
